Meet Dan French

Dr. French joined the Dallas Center for Pelvic Medicine in July 2008. His professional interests involve the field of male fertility and sexual dysfunction. In addition to the evaluation and medical treatment of infertility, Dr. French uses microsurgical techniques for vasectomy reversal, varicocele repair and various methods of sperm retrieval. He also offers a comprehensive approach to the treatment of low testosterone and sexual dysfunction, including erectile dysfunction (ED), premature ejaculation, and Peyronie’s disease.
Dan was born in Beaumont and grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University he attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He received his urologic training at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where he received multiple awards, including the Resident Excellence Award. He was also named a Society for the Study of Male Reproduction Men’s Health Traveling Fellow. After his urologic residency he completed fellowship training in the field of microsurgery and male fertility at the Cleveland Clinic. Dan is now a board certified urologist and serves as a board member for the Texas Urologic Society.
Outside of the medical field, Dan is devoted to his wife and children. He enjoys spending time with the family as well as time outdoors as he has been a lifelong saltwater fisherman. He and his wife are active members at Park Cities Baptist Church.
Dr. French completed his bachelors of science at Texas A&M University, medical school at UTMB, and a residency in urology at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He completed a fellowship in Male Infertility and Microsurgery at The Cleveland Clinic. He is on staff at Presbyterian-Dallas, Forest Park Medical Center, and Medical City of Dallas.
