Israel Nosnik, M.D., is a urologist at Children’s Health℠ specializing in all surgical and medical conditions of the male and female urinary tract and reproductive organs, including urinary conditions (voiding dysfunction) such as pain or a frequent need to urinate. He provides circumcision, laparoscopic surgery, orchidopexy (surgery to move an undescended testicle (UDT) into the scrotum) and reconstructive urology.
He earned his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina. Dr. Nosnik then completed his residency training in general surgery and urology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. Following his residency, he completed his fellowship training in pediatric urology at Northwestern University/Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
“Some children are born with congenital conditions that affect their reproductive organs and urinary tract while other conditions can occur throughout their life,” says Dr. Nosnik. “I’m honored to provide compassionate urologic care to the children of North Texas to keep them healthy and functioning well.”
Dr. Nosnik was a recipient of Super Doctors Texas by Texas Monthly and has been recognized as one of the Best Doctors by D Magazine for 7 consecutive years, including 2021.
He is a Dallas native and speaks both Spanish and English. Outside of work, Dr. Nosnik enjoys spending time with his wife and sons exploring the Dallas area.
