Israel Nosnik, M.D., is a urologist at Children’s Health℠ specializing in all surgical and medical conditions of the male and female urinary tract and reproductive organs, including urinary conditions (voiding dysfunction) such as pain or a frequent need to urinate. He provides circumcision, laparoscopic surgery, orchidopexy (surgery to move an undescended testicle (UDT) into the scrotum) and reconstructive urology.
He earned his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina. Dr. Nosnik then completed his residency training in general surgery and urology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. Following his residency, he completed his fellowship training in pediatric urology at Northwestern University/Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.

Dr. Tiffany Ho has a passion for the treatment of double eyelid, orbital, and reconstructive surgery. She has taught at various peri-orbital surgery courses, lectured at domestic conferences, and published in peer-reviewed medical journals and book chapters.
She completed her fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis, one of the few prestigious American Society of Ophthalmic Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) programs. She has also received additional subspecialized training in Asian eyelid surgery in Singapore and Seoul, Korea.
On a personal note, Dr. Ho enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring new restaurants with her husband Luv, a retina surgeon, who she met during their mutual residency training.
Dr. Ho is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese and conversant in Spanish. She is available for consultation for reconstructive or cosmetic surgery in our Dallas or Plano office locations beginning September of 2022.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
After graduating from Dartmouth College with an undergraduate degree in Biology, Dr. Ho completed her medical training at the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. During medical school, she received numerous awards and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha national medical society. After her pediatrics internship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, she completed her ophthalmology residency and served as Chief Resident at the University of Southern California Roski Eye Institute. Dr. Ho then moved to St. Louis for fellowship training in oculofacial plastic surgery at Washington University in St. Louis, one of the few prestigious American Society of Ophthalmic Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) fellowships.
Dr. Andrew Arango is a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who is uniquely qualified as both a licensed physician and a licensed dentist. This dual degree training allows him to provide comprehensive surgical care of the face, jaws, and oral cavity with an exceptional depth of medical and surgical expertise. He practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, with a strong emphasis on orthognathic and reconstructive jaw surgery, obstructive sleep apnea surgery, and advanced temporomandibular joint (TMJ) reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Arango is nationally recognized for his work in TMJ surgery and joint replacement. He is among the top 10 percent of surgeons in the United States performing total temporomandibular joint replacements and is widely regarded as one of the leading private-practice TMJ surgeons in the country. In addition, Dr. Arango is the first surgeon in the nation to perform minimally invasive TMJ and jaw surgery techniques in a private practice setting, bringing cutting-edge surgical innovation to patients outside of large academic centers. Dr. Arango was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and attended Christ the King Catholic School followed by Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Saint Louis University before returning to Texas to pursue his professional education.
He received his dental degree from The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston, where he graduated at the top of his class and was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor society. During dental school, Dr. Arango developed a strong passion for surgery, leading him to continue his training in medicine at UT Health San Antonio’s Long School of Medicine. He earned his medical degree and subsequently completed an internship in General Surgery and Anesthesiology at University Hospital, gaining extensive experience in complex surgical and perioperative patient care. During this time, he was selected by his peers for induction into the Gold Humanism Honor Society in recognition of his compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered approach to care.
Dr. Arango completed his advanced residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. There, he trained under internationally recognized leaders in orthognathic surgery, facial reconstruction, and TMJ surgery, further refining his expertise in some of the most technically demanding procedures in the specialty.
Dr. Arango strongly believes in a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to patient care and emphasizes close collaboration between medical and dental providers to achieve the best possible outcomes. He is deeply committed to patient education, clear communication, and individualized treatment planning.
In 2022, Dr. Arango was inducted into the American College of Surgeons in recognition of his successful management of numerous high-risk and complex surgical cases. Bradford Gamble, MD was raised in Plano, Texas. He attended Plano Senior High School, graduating with honors in 1985. He then attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where he received his BS in Biology. Following college, he attended The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, where he received his Doctorate of Medicine. After obtaining his MD, he remained at UT Southwestern and completed his 6-year residency in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. He was board certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery shortly thereafter.
He started private practice in Dallas and Plano in 1999, with Southwest ENT Associates. He and Dr. Gregory Rohn left SWENT and formed Otolaryngology Specialists of North Texas in 2013, and Dr. Gamble has remained with OSNT since then. Dr. Rohn retired in 2023, and Dr. Gamble has enjoyed working with Dr. Michael Kubala, who joined the practice in 2019.
Over the past 25 years, he has benefitted from the progressive learning and tempering that private practice provides. Jacob C. Becker, MD, is a fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon, specializing in hip and knee reconstruction at Texas Orthopaedic Associates. He sees patients at the Plano, Greenville Avenue, and Walnut Hill Lane locations in the Dallas metroplex area.
Dr. Becker graduated with honors from Mississippi College, where he received a scholarship to play Division II football and earned a degree in Biomedical Sciences. Michael Wheeler, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon serving patients in the Dallas metroplex area at Texas Orthopaedic Associates and sees patients at their offices in Dallas and Plano, Texas.
Dr. Wheeler graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin, where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. While in college, he was part of the Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity. He then completed his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Merritt is a board certified ophthalmologist specializing in oculoplastic surgery and one of the few members of the prestigious American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS). Dr. Merritt has returned to her hometown of Dallas, TX after spending time in practice at the largest private oculofacial surgery practice in Los Angeles. Dr. Merritt has a passion for the treatment of eyelid, eye socket, and tearing disorders and offers both cosmetic and reconstructive treatments. She has contributed to the advancement of the field of ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery by writing many peer-reviewed publications and presenting on topics ranging from orbital trauma to periocular cancers. Dr. John R Gilmore is an Otolaryngology (ear, nose & throat) specialist in Dallas, TX. He is board-certified in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Gilmore has been selected as one of D Magazine “Best Doctors” repeatedly since 2011.

M. Brett Raynor, MD, is an orthopedic sports medicine surgeon specializing in the knee, hip, and shoulder at the Texas Orthopaedic Associates location on Greenville Avenue in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Raynor’s commitment to his patients, exceptional level of care, and innovative techniques have made him respected throughout the field and highly sought after as both a practitioner and an instructor.
Dr. Raynor earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, before studying medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, where he was elected to the medical national honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha. He is the co-chairman of the DFW Sports Medicine Symposium in Dallas, TX, and is a regular lecturer at the Vail International Complex Knee Symposium in Vail, CO, where surgeons from around the world come together to discuss and learn about complex knee injuries.
Dr. Raynor is currently seeing new patients at the Greenville Avenue location in Dallas, where his favorite part of his job is helping his patients regain mobility and function after an injury so they can get back to the activities they love.
Christopher Sakowski, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon at the Texas Orthopaedic Associates locations in Plano and on Greenville Avenue in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Sakowski’s advanced training in the most state-of-the-art techniques, especially in sports medicine and hindfoot reconstruction, makes him an invaluable addition to the practice. He specializes in total ankle replacement, foot and ankle arthroscopy, minimally invasive bunion correction, and the Cartiva procedure, a new method for correcting arthritis in the big toe.
Dr. Sakowski grew up in nearby Arlington, Texas, where he attended Cistercian Preparatory school. He received his undergraduate diploma from the University of Texas at Austin, before studying medicine at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, graduating magna cum laude. While in medical school, Dr. Sakowski was able to perform research at NASA’s Johnson Space Center, studying the effects of space travel on astronauts’ bodies.
After college, Dr. Sakowski completed his residency training at the University of Southern California/Los Angeles County Hospital, one of the country’s busiest Level I trauma centers. He then completed his education with a fellowship at Baltimore’s prestigious Institute of Foot and Ankle Reconstruction at Mercy Hospital.
Dr. Sakowski lives in Dallas with his wife and two children. He is happy to provide quality care to the people of the Dallas metroplex. He is currently seeing new patients out of the Greenville Avenue and Walnut Hill Lane offices in Dallas, as well as at the Plano, Texas, location.
Donald W. Hohman Jr. M.D. is a board certified, fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon in private practice specializing in total joint replacement and adult reconstructive procedures of the hip and knee. Dr. Hohman completed his orthopaedic surgical training at the State University of New York at Buffalo and served as the administrative chief resident in his final year of residency training. He completed his fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction and Total Joint Arthroplasty at the Brigham and Women’s hospital of the Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA where he worked as an associate orthopaedic surgeon 2013-2014 before relocating to Dallas.
Dr. Hohman’s clinical interests include optimizing primary total joint replacement procedures and outcomes for his patients. Dr. Hohman has particular interest in the management of pain and the rapid return of function around the time of surgery for his hip/ knee replacement surgeries with the use of specialized techniques, including minimally invasive/ muscle sparing direct anterior total hip arthroplasty (total hip replacement) and partial knee replacements. Dr. Hohman also specializes in the surgical management of complex primary and revision total hip and knee arthroplasty/ adult reconstructive procedures. Kevin Kruse, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at the Texas Orthopaedic Associates. He sees patients in Plano and at the Greenville Avenue location in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Kruse has extensive fellowship training in treating the shoulder, and elbow. He received his undergraduate and medical degrees at Indiana University in Bloomington, where he played linebacker for the Hoosiers and made the Academic All Big Ten team. Currently Dr. Kruse specializes in shoulder surgery and performs over 700 shoulder surgeries every year. He has performed over 4,000 surgeries in his career.
After graduation, Dr. Kruse completed his residency at the Greenville Health System University Medical Center in Greenville, South Carolina, and trained in Greenville’s Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas. To further his training, Dr. Kruse completed a fellowship in the upper extremity at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center before traveling to Lyon, France, to complete a fellowship in shoulder surgery at the Centre Orthopedique Santy, with the world-renowned shoulder surgeon, Gilles Walch.
Dr. Kruse has published multiple peer-reviewed articles on the field of shoulder and presents regularly at medical seminars throughout the country. He is currently a member of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons as well as the Arthroscopy Association of North America. Dr. Kruse is uniquely qualified as a surgeon and is constantly kept informed of the cutting edge of orthopaedic techniques and technology in the field of shoulder surgery.
As a former football player who underwent surgery on his own shoulder and elbow Dr. Kruse is intimately familiar with the experience of receiving orthopaedic care. With over 20 years of experience in private practice, Dr. John Gill is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in Sports Medicine. He treats injuries of the extremities, including shoulder, upper extremity, foot and ankle, but has particular expertise in arthroscopic surgery and the treatment of injuries and disorders of the knee. One of his more common procedures is the arthroscopic reconstruction of the torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) of the knee. John M. Noack, M.D. is an orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery. John S. Early, M.D. is a board certified Orthopaedic surgeon specializing in the care of foot and ankle abnormalities. Dr. Early is the current Board Chairman of Texas Institute for Surgery. His interests range from the management of toe deformities to restoring weight bearing function with complex reconstructions. His specialty is managing severe fractures of the foot and ankle and correcting neuromuscular imbalance caused by disease or injury. Charles E. Cook, M.D. is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a sub-specialty in disorders of the foot and ankle. He is the Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He also serves as the head of John Peter Smith’s Foot and Ankle service.
